Description:
Lower Merion School District is seeking a High School Activities/Athletic Director. Qualifications needed: PA Certification as Principal K-12; additional PA Certification in Health & Physical Education preferred; 3 years experience as an Athletic Director; previous experience as a Coach or Head Coach. Act 34, 151 and FBI clearances required. Duties and responsibilities include: planning all athletic events, officials, etc. for inter and intra school contests; supervise equipment set up and supplies; promote and disseminate publicity for all sports; manage athletics and activities budget; process purchase orders and bills for payment. Supervise and evaluate all athletic personnel, assist in recruitment, hire faculty officials.
