Job Description:
(9-12 Certification) The transition counselor will be responsible for providing guidance services and establishing college readiness benchmarks to all students, with an emphasis on student's on IEP's. This is a two (2) year position beginning with the 2009/2010 school year being paid out of stimulus money.
