The Marshalltown Community School District is seeking ESL TEACHERS -- K-12 ESL Endorsement required; Bilingual in SPANISH preferred; Market Factor Pay available.

Salary is commensurate with education and experience (staff members will be placed on the 2008-2009 Marshalltown School District Salary Schedule according to their education and experience). New employees being placed initially on salary schedule shall receive full credit up to a maximum of ten (10) years for teaching experience outside the Marshalltown School District. New employees with less than four (4) years teaching experience will be placed initially on Step 5 of the salary schedule. Excellent fringe benefits are provided for the employees of the Marshalltown School District.
