Job Description:
The town of Stratford has an ongoing need for Substitute Nurses district wide.
The district is seeking Substitute Nurse candidates who demonstrate personal, professional, and organization skills necessary to manage a diverse workload and work cooperatively and collaboratively with the district's interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, Health supervisor of students in grades pre K-12; Administration of medicine; Delivery of treatments; Other duties as assigned.
Education/Certification Required: Current Connecticut license as a Registered or Licensed Practical Nurse. School nurse and/or pediatric nurse experience preferred.
Interested candidates shall submit a letter of interest, resume and copy of current Connecticut license to the Personnel Office at 1000 East Broadway, Stratford, CT 06615 or email carbonev@stratfordk12.org.
