Job Description:
Plans, directs and implements physical therapy treatment. Conducts assessment to identify strengths, needs and to track progress. Works with families and classroom team to integrate therapeutic interventions into daily activities. Ensures complete and accurate documentation. Ensures needs are addressed, rights are protected and promotes family inclusion. Knowledgeable of legal, regulatory and agency guidelines; takes measures to ensure self and team are compliant. Keeps supervisor and team members apprised of events, needs, and concerns of the department.
Education/Certification: Licensed as a physical therapist in the State of Missouri.
Experience Desired: Experience in pediatric therapy.
Expertise in Autism and Sensory Integration
