The Teacher is the most influential member of our founding team. These individuals are ultimately responsible for assuring the academic and socio-emotional growth of every student in our school. The Teacher may supervise a Teacher Assistant (Kindergarten) and/or Teaching Intern (all grades) and is responsible for collaborative planning with their classroom team, horizontal planning with their grade team and vertical planning. Teachers are professionally inquisitive and reinforce a culture of celebratory learning. It is absolutely essential that our teachers embody the school's Vision and Mission through instructional planning and delivery, classroom management, ongoing assessment, professional commitment, collaboration with the family and the community, inquiry, and integrity We seek successful elementary teachers who have international school or language immersion experience and are passionate about diversity and student achievement.
