Job Description:
Global Partnership Schools is introducing SES after-school tutoring programs at elementary schools in Hartford and Waterbury.
We are now interviewing certified professionals for the following position.
Lead Coach (site director)
6 - 10 hours per week
- Recruit, hire, and supervise tutors
- Assist with student recruitment
- Oversee the tutoring program at one or two schools
- Provide daily in-class coaching, observation and modeling of instruction
- Help teachers develop lesson plans
- Supervise the on-time completion of all required compliance documentation
