TITLE: Director of Child Care
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High School Diploma or GED required.
2. Degree in Child Development and/or Education preferred, but not required.
3. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a child care environment required
4. Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Ability to articulate specific experiences associated with employment
or volunteer work in a child care environment.
2. Demonstrated evidence of effective communication.
