Job Description:
POSITION: Instructional Paraprofessional
LOCATION: Emma Hart Willard Elementary School
QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or GED required; elementary school experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES: Under the direct supervision and direction of certified teachers, provide instructional support and assist in the delivery of instruction to multiple small groups of students in grades K - 5
TERMS
OF EMPLOYMENT:
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. (35 hours); hourly wage in accordance with wage provision of the negotiated agreement between the Berlin Board of Education and Local 1303-276 of Council 4 AFSCME, AFL-CIO; $15.98 per hour
