Job Description:
Norwich Public Schools-Norwich, CT has on opening for a Middle School Literacy Coach. Succesful candidate will coordinate, schedule, and present districtwide/building-based and grade level professional development. Collaborates with Curriculum Director, teachers administrators, and elementary literacy coaches to determine and/or identify professional needs for the middle schools. Revises and updates, as necessary, district literacy assessments. A strong understanding and knowledge of adolescent literacy and literacy instruction. Ability to work collaboratively with all staff/excellent inter-personal skills.
