Description:
Nuestros Valores Charter School is actively seeking a Reading Specialist for the 2008-2009 school year. This is a full-time instructional position. All applicants must have current NM Instructional certification (K-12) or (7-12) with endorsement in Reading.

This position consists of teaching specialized reading classes, supporting classroom teachers, and working collaboratively to implement a quality reading program. In addition, the Reading Specialist will assess the reading strengths and needs of each student and communicate that information to classroom teachers, parents, and support personnel. The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, and be able to serve as a resource to other educators, parents and the community.
