Description:
Esperanza Academy Charter High School is accepting applications for the position of English as Second Language Paraeducator for the 2008-09 school year. The ESL coordinator will determine students that need additional support. The paraeducator will attend classes (Push in Services) with those in need of language support and provide translations and help in basic English. If the ESL coordinator determines that an ESL student or group of students would benefit from one on one support, the paraeducator will pull the student out (Pull out services) of class for individualized instruction.
