Reports to: Special Education Director
Job Description: The School Psychological Examiner provides educationally and psychometrically sound evaluation for students referred for special education evaluations; including (but not limited to) administration and interpretation of academic, behavioral and cognitive assessments. He/she also assists in the coordination of the District’s Special Education Programs and works to ensure adherence of all compliance aspects put forth by the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education. Additional duties may be assigned.
Qualifications: Valid Missouri Psychological Examiner Certificate or School Psychologist Certification preferred. Consideration will be given to those that have a Master’s Degree of Education.
Contract Length: 181 days to coincide with school calendar
