The following available position will be available in the Oxford School District for the 2022-2023 school year
Qualifications: 

• Appropriate high school grade certification (015) English/Language Arts. 
• Prior experience with SRBI services, preferable.
• Demonstrate knowledge of best instructional practices and research-based intervention practices.

Job Goal: To facilitate and provide SRBI services to students in grades 9-12 requiring literacy SRBI interventions. Analyzes assessment data, schedule and monitor real-time push-in and pull-out research-based intervention in English Language Arts.
Responsibilities:  

• Facilitate and provide SRBI interventions for ELA.
• Gather, organize, and interpret intervention and assessment data. 
• Utilize best practice instructional strategies and research-based interventions. 
• Assign students to appropriate interventionists based on assessment data.
• Model the use of intervention strategies. 
• Administer student assessments and progress monitoring instruments as needed. 
• Maintain accurate student records, parent communications and student progress data reports. 
• Perform all job duties as assigned by the principal or his/her designee.

Salary per OEA Collective Bargaining Agreement                  Start Date:  August 29, 2022
