TITLE: Speech-Language Pathologist, Long-term substitute, Full year, PreK
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of School and Family Support Services or designee
SUPERVISES: None
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Long-term substitute position, other terms as determined by the Superintendent of Schools. Salary as determined by Board of Education and the Teacher’s Bargaining Unit.
PRIMARY FUNCTION: To provide a continuum of comprehensive services for students (3-21) with communication impairments which negatively impact access to the general education curriculum, including diagnostic, remedial, developmental, and consultative assistance.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY RANGE: $44,323- $95,052 X .6 pro-rated, or daily rate as determined by professional experience and NLEA contract.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid State of Connecticut certificate as Speech and Language Pathologist (061) and a valid State of Connecticut Department of Public Health License.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
- Additional qualifications as the New London Board of Education may find appropriate and desirable.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
SALARY RANGE: $44,323- $95,052 X .6 pro-rated, or daily rate as determined by professional experience and NLEA contract.
