RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist with quantity food preparation
- Assist with daily cleaning of all kitchen equipment to ensure cleanliness and sanitary conditions
- Set-up and breakdown serving lines
- Ability to work in a friendly manner with co -workers, manager and students
- Most be able lift and or move up to 40 pounds
- May operate cash register POS system
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma or GED
- Previous experience with quantity food preparation and service
- Previous food sanitation courses desirable
