Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated High School Principal to lead our school with a strong emphasis on instructional leadership and high visibility throughout the school and its extracurricular activities, including athletics, performing arts, and academic programs. The ideal candidate will excel in building positive relationships with teachers, staff, students, and parents and will be an exceptional communicator and collaborator with all stakeholders. Patience, coaching, mentorship, partnership, and relationship-building skills are essential as we look for an individual who inspires greatness in others through overall support and guidance.

Qualifications:
1. Master's degree in education or related field
2.. Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
3. Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience
4. Strong knowledge of curriculum and instruction
5. Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
6. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
7. Strong understanding of state and federal education regulations and laws
8. 092 Certification Required

Responsibilities:
1. Provide instructional leadership and supervision of all aspects of the school's programs and services
2. Develop, implement, and ensure fidelity in a comprehensive curriculum and instructional program that meets the needs of all students
3. Create and sustain a positive and safe learning environment that promotes student engagement and achievement
4. Supervise and evaluate staff members, and provide professional learning opportunities for all staff
5. Communicate effectively with parents, students, and the community to ensure a high level of support and involvement 6. Develop and manage the school's budget and resources
7. Collaborate with the Athletic Director to support, promote and enhance the athletic program.
8. Collaborate with other school leaders to promote district-wide initiatives and programs as an active member of the Administrator Council and a member on district wide committees
9. Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations and laws
10. Act as the spokesperson for the school and represent the school at Board of Education meetings, community events, and school events

Reports to: Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent

Salary: Per Collective Bargaining Agreement; Full Time
