SUMMARY
The Woodbridge School District consists of one school: Beecher Road School, a PreK-6 elementary school employing approximately 165 staff members to serve and educate approximately 870 students. A caring, creative community, Beecher Road School models and inspires the joy of lifelong learning, embraces diversity, and celebrates the unique qualities of each person. Woodbridge is one of Connecticut’s best towns, and Beecher Road School is the heart of the town. For the 2024/25 school year, the District seeks lunchroom aides for 3 hrs./wk.: 10:30 AM - 1:30 PM Monday through Friday.

The position is a part-time, school-year position with the hours indicated in the "Summary" above. Compensation is at the rate of $15.69/hr no additional benefits are provided. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises students eating lunch in either the cafeteria and/or classroom spaces, including monitoring student behavior, assisting students as necessary, and washing/cleaning areas after each lunch shift
Required:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to understand and follow procedures related to health and sanitation
- Ability to work well with students and other adults
- Ability to stand and walk for up to three (3) hours
- Full range of motion, including when bending and reaching
