TITLE: Lunch Aide
HOURS: 10:30am - 1:30pm (Monday - Thursday)  10:00am - 12:00pm (Friday)
SALARY: $15.75 per/hr
QUALIFICATIONS:

• A high school diploma or such qualifications as the Board may deem appropriate.
• The ability to work well with children.
• A responsible, mature outlook.
• The ability to take direction from teachers and administrators.

REPORTS TO: Principal
JOB GOAL:

• To assist in maintaining a safe and orderly lunchroom and playground at the elementary school level.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitors the students’ behavior while they are in line.
• Monitors the students' behavior at their lunch tables while they eat and afterward to ensure they dispose of their garbage.
• Performs other duties as delegated by the Student Service Manager or Principal.

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Ten months
EVALUATION: Annual recommendation for renewal by Principal

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
