Terms of Employment: as established by the bargaining agreement between the Board of Education and the Weston Teachers’ Association

Qualifications
- Valid Connecticut certification with endorsement (071)
- Master's degree from an accredited institution
- Experience in working effectively with students, teachers, administrators, parents, and community groups
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- previous school social work experience preferred
