Greenwich, CT Public Schools seeks a Director of Human Resources & Recruiting beginning July 1, 2025. The position, which will report to and execute duties at the direction of the Chief Human Resources Officer, will perform various human resources leadership functions in relation to certified and non-certified staff of the Greenwich Public Schools.

Qualifications Profile:
Certification/License:
- CT State Certification, or certifiability, in Intermediate Administration or Supervision (#092), required
- Driver’s license required
- Background, interest, and/or experience in elements of human resources work in the public school setting preferred
- Experience working in Greenwich Public Schools preferred.
- Standard Cabinet-level work schedule
- Carries out his/her professional responsibilities to the extent required by the operational programs of the Greenwich Board of Education.
