LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE SCHOOL PSYCHOLOGIST
DOOLITTLE ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
(APRIL - JUNE)
Description:
An exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses excellent interpersonal skills, high energy and creativity, the ability to problem solve, respond in a crisis, and support students with a variety of learning challenges. The candidate will display a strong commitment and desire to be a contributing member of a dynamic student support team. The duties include but are not limited to: interpretation of assessment and learning needs, assisting in the planning, development, and evaluation of programs to meet student's learning needs. Provide direct intervention through counseling individuals and small groups. Provide consultation to administration, staff and parents.
Qualifications:
Connecticut Teaching Certificate #070 or the ability to qualify, with appropriate endorsement(s), and expertise in curriculum sub-areas.
