SALARY: $36,650.00 (Step 1) - $47,104.00 (Step 3) *
35 HOURS PER WEEK

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists in general office duties
- Customer service
- Telephone answering
- Maintenance of records/reports
- Processing/preparing reports, forms and other documents
- Filing
- Record Keeping
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of general office procedures
- Knowledge of standard office equipment and computers
- Demonstrates ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Bilingual preferred
- Ability to work independently
