Job Description:
Superintendent of Schools
The Springer Municipal Schools Board of Education is seeking an experienced and dedicated educational leader to become the district's long term superintendent. The Springer Municipal Schools serves approximately 118 students K-12 in Colfax County in north-central New Mexico.
Salary will be competitive depending on qualifications and experience. An excellent benefits package is also available and will be negotiated by the Board with the successful applicant.

Minimum Requirements to Apply
* Master's Degree
* Possess or eligible for New Mexico Administrative licensure
* Five Year successful experience as an administrator
