Job Description:
The Schuylkill Valley School District has an anticipated vacancy for a School Psychologist. This position provides a full range of psychological services to students. Services to be provided include evaluations, screening and assessment, collaboration with the other district school psychologists, and participation in the Multi-Tiered System of Support and other intervention processes within the assigned building. The successful candidate will possess experience pertaining to standardized assessments, knowledge of MTSS, and the ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and staff. In addition, excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, collaboration skills, and organizational skills are vital to this position. PA School Psychologist certification, demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with others, and acceptable record of attendance required are also required.
