Job Description:
POSITION:                           Board Certified Behavior Analyst
START DATE:                     Immediate
Candidates must hold a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) license or certification. 

The duties of the Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) include:
  • Supervising and training non-certified and certified staff in behavior regulation
  • Attending PPT’s and case conferences
  • Providing professional development for staff
  • Provide training for parents
  • Provide behavioral consultation and recommendation for comprehensive services
  • Train staff on data collection and analysis
  • Collaborate with teams to conduct Functional Behavior Analysis (FBA’s) and  complete Behavior Intervention Plans
  • Providing some direct (1:1) services
  • Working closely with building administrators and teaching staff
  • Assist with maintaining student data and prepare pertinent reports
  • Carry out other responsibilities as designated by the administration
Ideal Candidate Possesses:
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
  • Experience working with children or children with disabilities
  • Salary is competitive and varies depending on coursework completed and previous experience
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and learning
  • School based experience
SALARY:        Salary  aligned with Nonnewaug Teachers’ Association salary schedule
