About Lakeside Educational Network
Lakeside Educational Network (LEN) is an independent non-profit organization located in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Its multiple therapeutic education schools and programs assist children, teens and families. Our professional training services include therapeutic, early childhood education, anger/violence prevention, and trauma-informed systems. LEN employs over 380 who serve over 2000 students from hundreds of public schools in over 45 school districts. Services include Lakeside School, the Mobile Support Community-Based Program, the In-School Counselors Program, Vantage Academy Souderton, Vantage Academy Upper Merion, Lakeside Girls Academy, and the Institute for Professional Education and Development.
Human Resourced Clerk – Full-time
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, motivated Human Resources Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong attention to detail.
Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Human Resources, provides information, support and assistance to employees, job applicants and general public regarding human resources functions. Provide administrative, clerical, and general support to the Human Resources Department. Provide a high level of customer service for staff. Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Duties/Responsibilities:
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms.

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Ensures timely responses to employee questions and inquiries about employee benefits programs, eligibility, waiting periods and human resources policies, payroll, HR-related matters, etc
- May assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Assist with the Maintenance of employee records and ensure all information is up-to-date and accurate.
- Assist with onboarding new employees, including conducting orientations and processing new hire paperwork
- Performs other incidental and related duties and projects as required and assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR support role
- Good working knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HCM/HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
