Job Description:
We are currently seeking a certified School Psychologist for a full-time position working with students in the Reading, PA area. This is an in-person position that starts ASAP. The school is also accepting part-time candidates who would only be interested in picking up per diem evaluations. Eligible candidates must be certified school psychologists in Pennsylvania and have up-to-date clearances. The pay rate will be $57.00/hour and will increase based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Must be a certified School Psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania.
• Must have a Master's Degree in School Psychology.
• Must have current, up-to-date clearances.
• Must have excellent references.
• Must have a recent TB Test and Physical.
• Previous experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in IEP meetings.
• Consultation and collaboration.
• Evidence-based decision-making and accountability.
• Address personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Assist in the development of and provide continued support in students’ Individual Education Programs (IEP’s).
• Interventions and instructional support to develop academic skills.
• Interventions and mental health services to develop social and life skills.
• Preventive and responsive services.
• Family-school collaboration services.
• Legal, ethical, and professional practices in compliance with federal and state mandates, as well as local policies concerning performance.
