Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. This role involves developing and implementing engaging curriculum that promotes the holistic development of preschool-aged children, ensuring they are prepared for their educational journey ahead.
Duties
  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
  • Create lesson plans that incorporate literacy, math, and physical education activities.
  • Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.
  • Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
  • Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies.
  • Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
  • Maintain a safe and organized classroom space conducive to learning.
  • Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working with children in a preschool or daycare setting.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
  • Experience in special education or working with children requiring additional support is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management strategies.
