Description:
Seymour High School is proud to offer an outstanding opportunity for an innovative, passionate, and collaborative business teacher to join our high school faculty. As a contributor to the business department, you will be responsible for instructing students in various business-related subjects, including personal finance, introduction to business, and career skills for the first year. Your role will involve delivering engaging lessons and project-based learning experiences while guiding students towards a strong understanding of business concepts and practical skills. Seymour's business program is highly valued and plays an integral role in our students' education. We consistently place our students in top business programs from Harvard, Yale and Dartmouth to UConn, Sacred Heart and Fairfield. We are seeking a progressive business teacher who can bring to the table new ideas for courses and instruction, works well with their colleagues and is in touch with the rapidly changing world of business and business education.

Experience or Special Skills:
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Classroom, Google Documents, Google Meet and the use of web based resources.
