Job Description:

MBS is seeking part-time Behavior Technicians (RBT) to join our dynamic Early Intensive ABA Clinic. Candidates should hold Registered Behavior Technician ® certification or be willing to complete the RBT BACB ® requirements. MBS will provide training to any applicants who do not currently hold an RBT certification. Hourly salary is commensurate with experience. The EI ABA Clinic hours of operation are Monday through Friday between 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.; therefore, hours for this position will vary depending on client availability. Primary responsibilities will include:
  • Working collaboratively with a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the implementation of treatment goals and objectives related to adaptive living skills, functional communication, social/behavioral, and other areas of need;
  • Utilizing the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in an outpatient clinic setting;
  • Delivering treatment in a 1:1 or small group setting depending on the needs of the client;
  • Assisting with parent training (e.g., modeling implementation of ABA strategies);
  • Collecting data and generating session progress notes/graphs;
  • Participating in community outings;
  • Participating in on-going professional development including completing the training necessary to obtain their Registered Behavior Technician certification.
Students working towards completing their Masters degree in Behavior Analysis are encouraged to apply. There may be some flexibility with scheduling for students in graduate programs.   • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Registered Behavior Technician ® certification (preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or developmental disabilities
  • Good computer skills or willingness to learn new software
  • Strong desire to work with individuals with autism
  • Good organizational skills
  • Training in PMT, ABA and Autism will be provided
